It was an early start in the Berry Scrumptious kitchen this morning, preparing and dispatching our fresh chocolate covered strawberry gifts for International Mother's Day. So when Claire was invited by our friend, neighbour & fellow farmer's wife Carole for coffee and cake she wasn't going to say "No", especially as Carole is a talented baker. As well as very kindly giving me the recipe for her Lemon Curd Layer Cake, Carole also gave me a wee tour of their High Seas Hobbit, a brilliantly quirky option for glamping (glamorous camping).
