  1. Spring has sprung!

It's been a wee while since I've managed a blog post as we've been kept busy in the Berry Scrumptious kitchen with our fresh chocolate strawberry gifts for Valentine's Day & Mother's Day and a steady demand from shops for our chocolate and truffles.  Not to mention developing our new range of fudge!

  5. Burns Night Neeps

Tomorrow (25th January) is Burns Night.  It's a celebration of our national poet Robbie Burns and not the cause for panic in Accident and Emergency hospital departments throughout the country!

The traditional fayre served in Robbie's honour is Haggis, Neeps (turnip) and Tatties (potatoes) washed down with a good dram.  We have a wee patch of neeps here on the farm, planted last Spring and destined for feeding cattle as well as the odd pot of good soup.
