Perishability
Please make sure someone will be in to sign for the delivery as we cannot guarantee that the package will be "Left Safe".
Our chocolate covered strawberries are a very perishable product and should be EATEN ON THE DAY THEY ARE TO BE DELIVERED to ensure they are at their best. If you are planning on serving our berries for a Saturday event, we advise that you order for a Saturday delivery, rather than delivery on a Friday.
We send our deliveries by Initial City Link or Royal Mail in specially designed cool boxes which have been thoroughly tested to ensure they deliver our product in optimum condition. If you can resist the temptation to devour them on arrival, our berries taste best when eaten at room temperature.
Our cool boxes are 100% recyclable. Please use the postage bag in each box to return the insulating inner and gel packs to us and help us to reduce waste. We also put a customer care card in each cool box which we would love for you to fill in and send back with your comments - good or bad! We like to know what our customers think about our product and our service.
Online purchases
Delivery is made before 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday and to certain postcodes on Saturday before 12pm. Our weekday delivery charge is £5.99. Saturday delivery charges are £9.99 by Royal Mail Special Delivery post available on small orders and £20.99 by Initial City Link courier.
Top tips for a successful gift delivery:
• Ensure that someone will be available to collect the gift on chosen day of delivery;
• Send your gift to a business or work address;
• Choose a weekday delivery date
Weddings & Events
Delivery is made before 12pm on the day of the wedding or event, Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday and Monday delivery may be available depending upon the delivery address and size of order. Please contact us to discuss if you require this service.
